When you visit Camp Albemarle, you’ll find not only breathtaking access to nature, but also the comfort of a rustic home away from home. From our welcoming Main Lodge to the winding forest trails, you can find what you need to relax, explore, and have fun. We’re pleased to offer several convenient amenities as well as recreational opportunities to enhance your experience, including:

The Main Lodge
While you spend your days enjoying the great outdoors, you’ll have a space year-round to refuel and recuperate in our cozy Main Lodge.
You and 98 of your friends can gather to feast, warm your feet by the fireplace, or challenge each other to a board game tournament from one table to the next.
For the culinarily-inclined, you’ll find a well-appointed commercial kitchen with plenty of capacity for baking your best breakfast biscuits (and washing up afterwards). And don’t worry, we took the more urgent matters into account as well – from emergency landline and internet service to quick restroom access.
Bunkhouses & Bathhouses
After a long day, you can head to one of our four cabins for a good night’s sleep. Each bunkhouse offers space for up to 20 people, or if you prefer, you’re welcome to bring your own camping gear and sleep under the stars in our wide-open field.
When nature calls, you can count on our large, recently renovated bathhouses featuring plenty of sinks, toilets, and showers with hot water at the ready.
The Field & Pavillion
Along the sparkling Moormans River, you’ll find Camp Albemarle’s spacious (and versatile!) field area. There, you can thrive in the competition with a fast-paced sporting activity or meander towards the field’s center for marshmallow-toasting around the campfire.
Day or night, the adjacent Outdoor Pavillion can’t wait to support your perfect picnic with its handy grill, water source, and dining area.
